Adding Guests or Making Changes to an Existing Itinerary or Booking

Teams and concierge can edit the guest count services selected optional and included amenities at any point until the booking is finalized (10 days prior to the service). Between 10 days until the date of service only service providers and Epicurate admins can make changes to the booking.

When changes are made, the balance will be updated accordingly and the final amounts (either money owed or refunds due) will be processed to the payment on file either when the booking is 'finalized' (10 days prior to the event) or when the booking is 'reconciled' (5 days after the event).

Important Notes:

  • Once a booking is finalized, you may need an Epicurate admin's help to adjust certain aspects. This is to prevent last-minute changes that the service provider is not aware of. If this is an issue, just reach out to an Epicurate admin.

  • Once a booking is reconciled, no further changes are allowed. The booking is closed. So final adjustments need to be made within the 5-day window after the service date.
