Epicurate uses different booking statuses to help you track where your reservation stands. Here’s what each status means and what actions (if any) are required on your end.


Booking Statuses Explained

1. Pending

What It Means:

  • Your request has been submitted, but the experience provider has not yet confirmed availability.

  • No payment has been collected at this stage so the booking is not confirmed.

Next Steps:

  • Our team will check with the provider and update your status as soon as possible.

  • If additional details are needed, we’ll reach out via email.

What You Can Do:

  • Sit tight! You’ll receive an email as soon as your request is accepted by the provider and ready for payment.

  • If you need to make changes, contact us at concierge@epicurate.vip.

    Pending: Approved Availability

    What It Means:

    • The provider has confirmed availability, and your experience is tentatively reserved.

    • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.

    Next Steps:

    • Complete your payment as soon as possible to secure your experience.

    • You’ll receive a link via email to make your deposit or full payment.

    What You Can Do:

    • Log in to your Epicurate account and complete payment.

    • If you encounter any issues with payment, reach out to concierge@epicurate.vip.


2. Reserved

What It Means:

  • Your paid a deposit or full payment and your experience is confirmed.

Next Steps:

  • Relax and look forward to your experience! Your final payment will be charged to your card 7 days prior to your event date.

What You Can Do:

  • You can contact your provider if you have specific questions or need to finalize details about your experience.

  • If you'd like any assistance, reach out to concierge@epicurate.vip.


3. Finalized

What It Means:

  • Your full payment has been processed, this happens 7 days prior to an event.

  • You’re all set! Your provider will be prepared to host your experience.

Next Steps:

  • If you have any last-minute requests, let us know—we’re happy to assist!

What You Can Do:

  • Review your confirmation email for key details.

  • If you need to make changes, contact concierge@epicurate.vip or your provider as soon as possible.
