How do payments work?

Confirming your booking and making payment

Overview

Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Follow these steps to finalize your reservation.

How to Make a Payment

  1. Access Your Booking

    • Click the link provided in your confirmation email or log in to your Epicurate account.

  2. Log in to Your Account

    • Use your email to sign in. If prompted, enter your verification code.

  3. Submit Payment

    • Scroll down to the "Reserve Now" button.

    • Enter your payment details and confirm.

How Payments Work

  • A 30% deposit is required for bookings made 15 or more days from your event start date.

  • For events starting within 14 days or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to your event date and will be processed automatically using your payment method on file.

  • If your service is adjusted for any reason (adding or removing a service, adding optional gratuity, etc.) any amounts owed or refunds due will be processed automatically 5 days after your event using your payment method on file.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

  • Card declined? Ensure your billing info is correct and retry.

  • Payment page not loading? Try using a different browser or clearing your cache.

  1. Submit an Event Inquiry

  3. Confirm Your Event with Payment
