Here is a helpful breakdown of how we handle payments for booked experiences:
When making an experience booking that is more than 7-days in advance, a deposit is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is usually 30% of the total booking amount, but may vary depending on your chosen experience provider.
7-days prior to the date of your event, any final outstanding balances will be automatically charged to the card on file. If you would prefer to pay your balance earlier, or use an alternative card for the balance payment, you can manually make payment by visiting your booking page and selecting "Pay Balance"
Should your booking incur any last-minute additional changes, charges or requests, a reconciliation payment will be automatically charged to the card on file 2-days after the event.
