How to Log In & Access Your Proposal

Overview

If you're having trouble logging in to view your proposal, follow these steps to gain access.

Steps to Access Your Proposal

  1. Click the Proposal Link

    • You should have received an email from us with your proposal link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

    • You can also access your proposal directly using this link: [Insert Proposal Link]

  2. Log in Using Your Email

    • Use your registered email: [Customer's Email]

    • If you have a Google or Apple account associated with this email, we recommend signing in that way for the easiest experience.

    • If not, enter your email manually, and our system will send you a verification link.

  3. Verify Your Email

    • Open the email and click the verification link to access your proposal.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Not receiving the verification email?

    • Check your spam or junk folder.

    • Ensure you're using the correct email associated with your account.

    • If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

  • Still can’t log in?

    • Try logging in from a different browser or clearing your cache.

    • Click the icon in the top right of the page—does it say Sign In or Sign Out?

    • If possible, take a screenshot of any error message and reach out to us.
