How to Access Your Booking & Make a Payment

Overview

To confirm your booking, you’ll need to log in and submit payment. Follow these steps to complete the process.

Steps to Access Your Booking & Make a Payment

  1. Click the Booking Link

    • You should have received an email from us with your booking details and a direct link.

    • You can also access it here: [Insert Booking Link]

  2. Log in to Your Account

    • Use your registered email: [Customer’s Email]

    • If you have a Google or Apple account associated with this email, we recommend signing in that way.

    • If not, enter your email manually, and our system will send you a verification link.

  3. Submit Your Payment

    • Scroll down to the "Reserve Now" button.

    • Enter your payment details to confirm the booking.

    • Note: Gratuity is pre-collected, so no additional tipping is required on the day of service.

    • Check your spam or junk folder.

    • Ensure you’re using the correct email associated with your booking.

  • Issues with payment?

    • Try using a different browser or device.

    • Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds.
