What Do I Do if I'm Not Receiving an Email To Login?

If you are not receiving an email sign-in link allowing you to login to Epicurate, we recommend trying the following:

  • Make sure you have checked your spam and/or junk mail box.

  • If you're using a corporate email address, you may need to check that your security settings allow this type of sign-in link to reach you. If this will not work for you, we recommend using a personal email address.

  • For the easiest sign-in option, we recommend using the Google or Apple sign-in option - this will remove the need for a sign-in link to be sent to you.

If you plan to use the sign-in link option, we recommend adding info@epicurate.vip to your address book to avoid future instances. If you're still having issues with signing in, reach out to us!
