What is the cancellation policy?

Can I cancel my experience booking? Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you do need to cancel your booking for any reason, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel 31 days or more ahead of the event, your deposit is fully refundable.

  • If you cancel 30 days or less from the event, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • At 10 days prior to your event, your booking is non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing and we always recommend making sure you purchase travel insurance.
