Epicurate displays availability in real-time, meaning you can book a private chef as easily as making a restaurant reservation!
All of our talented chefs manage their own availability calendars, meaning that we are able to display real-time availability across all of our experiences.
On each experience page, you will see a 'DATE' option allowing you to enter the date that you would like to make your private chef booking.
If the date is available for an instant booking, you will see a small gold circle (shown in the image below). When one of these dates is selected, you will see a 'Book' button populate allowing you to confirm your booking instantly.
If the date does not show a gold circle, this means that the chef is not available to be instantly booked on this day. In these instances, you may still select your preferred date and then select the 'Submit Your Request' button. This will send a request directly to your chef who will respond to you either accepting or declining the event depending on their personal circumstances.
We encourage guests to Submit Requests where possible as these are frequently accepted within 48-hours. If you do not receive a response, or need further assistance, reach out to our Concierge team!
